shipping & conditions
all orders ship directly from our operations facility in Norwood, NJ, where we design, formulate, batch and package our entire line of skincare products.
we believe in a vertical integration approach to manufacturing in which we own and control each step of our products' journey - from sourcing to bottle to your mailbox.
each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.
we batch most of our products in a constant cycle of orders. products ordered and paid for
will be created and ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description
of the product.
we primarily ship through USPS. after leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. we may offer express shipping ons select products.
we offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). orders over $75 always ship for free—no promotion code needed. free shipping is available to all U.S. territories (excluding Puerto Rico) on orders over $100. we cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free shipping option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. Canadian customers receive free shipping with all orders $200 and over. international orders over $350 qualify for free shipping.
Canadian clients are responsible for paying full taxes and tariffs upon arrival of their package. this amount varies by territory and may be as high as 18%. please check with your governing authority for more information.
international orders over $350 qualify for free shipping. customers ordering from the UK, Germany, and France will all be charged an import tax upon delivery of their package.
Australian orders up to $1,000 AUD ship duty and tax free. Australian orders above $1,000 AUD will require customers to pay duties.

if you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. )
PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. we truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com. we will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported with a photo proof within 48 hours of order delivery.
refunds & exchanges
your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org at anytime if you are unhappy with your order.
in most cases, returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. however in select cases, we may accommodate refunds if the product is returned due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect.
in order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 10 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 2 days of reaching out. There must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.
if a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded. we will also not be able to refund purchases that were made from our stockists, but may qualify for store-credit with proof of purchase.
